Simple shapes, loose lines, imperfect marks — that’s all it takes. Rectangles create buildings, windows, and doors. Half circles for a little extra. Hold everything loose and embrace the wobbles.

Ink to define. Be imperfect.
Hold your pen loose. Wobbly lines are the whole point.

Add color. Try any colors you love.
Add more than you think. It always dries lighter.
Imperfect, odd, whatever-you-want lines in all directions make great trees. Rectangles create buildings, windows, and doors. Half circles for a little extra. I use a fairly large brush and hold both the brush and the pen super loose — it helps with the wobbles! Add more color than you think. It dries lighter. Sharing does give the gift of courage.
